Describing desired policy terms from a slip or email and encoding that into an “account” import file is a complex and highly specialized process. Ping lets you enter policy terms in a flexible, human-friendly way and translates it to all major model formats automatically.
Geocoders built into the CAT models are often out of date, inaccurate, and vague when reporting the decisions they make. Ping.Geocoding is designed specifically to optimize CAT model behavior to coerce them to model at the ideal resolution given the quality of the input location information.
COPE information has a massive impact on model results, but choosing the most appropriate construction and occupancy can seem like a black art. Ping has collected input from leading CAT modelers, model vendors, and civil engineers and combined it with modern ML and LLM-based algorithms to map incoming information to key CAT input fields.
